    This package includes:

    6 prenatal visits

    6 pregnancy massages

    support during your birth

    6 postpartum visits

    This package is supportive to women who are seeking comprehensive care & deep sisterhood. A soul salve for any motherhooods who have had previous birthing experiences that were traumatic, left a sour taste or just not how you dreamed it to be

  • New Mama, New Moon

    Tender & nourishing care during the first 40 days postpartum

    This package includes:

    5 postpartum visits each lasting 2-4 hours & include:

    choice of reiki/massage, yoni steam or sitz bath

    broth based soup & herbal tea to support postpartum recovery

    emotional support, processing and weaving the birth story

    light house work

  • Postpartum Care

    No matter what stage of your postpartum journey you are on, I am here to provide support, take some weight off your shoulders, and bring in ease! Postpartum Care looks like:

    bringing over a meal, snack, tea or doing meal prep in your home

    housework: laundry, vacuuming, organizing, cleaning kitchen & bathrooms

    bodywork & emotional tending

    investment: $50/hr; 2 hr minimum
